 Ladies it's time to get your poodle skirt out and fellas get that duck tail slicked back as the theme for this years banquet is the 1950's. Banquet wear as always is your choosing, but we are encouraging you to look in that old trunk and join in the fun.

 Banquet seating is available this year by e-mail. Please download the and follow the seating instructions to reserve your seat by e-mail.

NOTE: If you choose not to take advantage of Early Seating Assignments, and providing that you have registered for the convention and banquet and have picked up your registration package, seating assignments can be selected from the remaining unassigned seats on Friday or Saturday at the Convention registration area of the Holiday Inn, Visalia

 Once again, we will be having a Golf Tournament Golf Tournament on Friday. Questions regarding the tournament should be E-mailed to Skip Bolnick, KJ6Y. Please indicate your intention to participate in the tournament on your registration form. The convention does not charge any registration fee for the Golf Tournament but the local course will charge their usual greens fees.

 Attention all Wild Women and Wild Women-to-Be.. Come join us for the Saturday Tour at the International DX Convention. We will have sight-seeing, lunch, prizes and lots of laughs. Come see old friends and meet new ones. We will travel in a luxurious bus, handicapped-equipped, and you will be picked up at 9:00am in front of the Holiday Inn.

 The Northern California Contest Club is will once again be sponsoring a two-track, Beginning and Advanced 4-hour contesting seminar called "Contest Academy". Registration for this event is separate from your convention registration so please see the CA information page for details.

Drink Sponsorship:  If your willing to help sponsor drinks at the attitude adjustment hours please include them on your registration form. Drinks are US$5.00 each. Your sponsorship of drinks is greatly appreciated to help with the enormous cost of the attitude adjustment hours.

Individual Pre-registration without meals is available for those who wish to attend the Convention but don't wish to attend the Saturday BBQ, Banquet, or Sunday Breakfast. Individual meals may be purchased as desired.

Individual meals are available for those who do not require those items include with Individual Pre-registration but would like to attend the BBQ Lunch, Saturday Banquet, and/or Sunday Breakfast

Convention Polo Shirts must be purchased separately from Pre-Registration. This year the shirts are light blue and will have your Call, Name, and Convention Logo Embroidered on the Shirt. The cost per shirt is $35.00. Please include the shirt size on the registration form following the Name and Call.

RV Parking (at the Holiday Inn):

  • You must reserve an RV spot with the hotel. If you don't have a reservation you will not be permitted to park. To reserve a spot please contact Brian Lancaster at 559-651-5000 (ext 2608) or blancaster - at - altamonthotels.com. Parking will be limited to 35 RV's
  • The fee will be $40.00 for the weekend covering Thursday through Sunday.
  • Individual spots will not be assigned so if you want a particular spot arrive early. RV parking will only be permitted in designated areas. Please refer to the parking lot map for permitted RV parking spaces.
  • Standard dry camping rules apply. There are waste public dump facilities in some rest areas along Hwy 99 both north and south of Visalia. The hotel will provide a trash dumpster at the west end of the lot near the John J.
  • While everyone can use the hotels bathrooms and other facilities, you are encouraged to use your own RV facilities as much as possible.
